I love this liposomal c! I’ve had great success nipping a cold in the bud when I take this several times a day when I first feel symptoms coming on. I also take it one daily for immune support and really feel that’s it’s helped my immune system to be stronger in fighting off bugs since it’s so easily absorbed by the body. I also love that it’s gluten and corn free!

I started drinking the NutriDyn Fruits and Greens about 4 years ago because I was not getting enough vegetables in my diet at the time and I didn’t want to suffer any consequences. I love them.
