Chicken Fajitas

These are on our regular rotation even when we are not detoxing.

Chicken Fajitas

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend spice mixture and take 1 TBSP and toss well with the chicken, add a touch of olive oil if needed. Save the rest of the spice mix for the next batch. Toss peppers and onions with olive oil. Line everything on a baking sheet and check in 20 minutes.

Serve in lettuce cups and top with Guacamole or my Exotic Green Sauce.
